Air Vistara Opens Flight Bookings from Dhaka to Delhi from 19th August 2021

Indian carrier Air Vistara has opened its flight bookings from Dhaka to Delhi with effect from 19th August 2021 after a long wait period of several months due to flight suspension.

Air Vistara flight UK 182 was thrown open for booking to people who have been waiting to travel to India after months of flight suspension between the two countries due to the surge of COVID-19 cases in India.

In a phone call to reconfirm the flight’s operation, Air Vistara confirmed that both Indian and Bangladeshi nationals were allowed to make the flight booking to Delhi. The following are the conditions laid down by the Government of India for people traveling from Dhaka to Delhi:

  • For Bangladeshi nationals, the traveller must hold a 2 way round flight ticket.
  • For inbound travel to India from Bangladesh, the traveler must hold a PCR negative test report no longer older than 48 hours prior to arrival in India.
  • A random PCR test will be done for passengers arriving in India at the airport. The fee for this test is Rs 800 per head.
  • A self declaration form has to be filled in by all passengers mentioning an Indian contact number.

The following is the schedule for Air Vistara’s flights from Dhaka (DAC) to Delhi (DEL) for August 2021. The tickets are priced at INR 13,350 for Economy Value class.
