Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to MyMedTrip. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to payments made for teleconsultations and related services facilitated through MyMedTrip.


Teleconsultation Refunds

If a user has made payment for a teleconsultation and the consultation could not be conducted due to:

  • unavailability of the doctor,
  • scheduling issues from the healthcare provider’s side,
  • technical failures, or
  • any other service-related issue beyond the user’s control,

the paid amount shall be refunded in full.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days to the original payment method used during the transaction. In certain cases, the timeline may vary depending on banking or payment gateway processing times.


Cancellation by User

If a user wishes to cancel a scheduled teleconsultation, the cancellation request must be communicated to MyMedTrip prior to the confirmed consultation time.

Refund eligibility in such cases may depend on:

  • the stage of appointment confirmation,
  • doctor scheduling commitments, and
  • whether consultation arrangements have already been finalized.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in cases where:

  • the consultation has already been completed,
  • incorrect information was provided by the user,
  • the user fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, or
  • delays arise due to incomplete medical records or communication from the user’s side.
