Cancellation and Refund Policy
The following policy is applicable for all cancellation and refund:
In case a user pays an amount for the teleconsultation, and the teleconsultation services could not be delivered due to unavailability of the doctor, or any technical reasons, a full amount will be refunded back to the user within 3-5 working days on the same card/payment source from where the payment was done.
