1- Get a Medical Visa Invitation Letter from the Treating Hospital
The patient needs to send his latest medical reports to the treating hospital. Once they do this, the hospital issues them the medical visa invitation letter.

1- Apply for the Medical Visa with Indian Embassy, Nairobi (Online)
Once you get the invitation letter, go to Indian Embassy’s official link and apply for the e-visa https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html
E-visa is available for most of the country’s nationals with few countries as exceptions where they need to approach the nearest Indian Embassy physically for applying for the visa. Click on the above link and check in the Countries/Nationals who are eligible to apply for the e-visa section.
