Dr. Dhananjay Malankar is a Cardiothoracic Surgeon with over 13 years of experience in the field of cardiac surgery. He is trained in General surgery as well as Cardiothoracic surgery from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, which is a premier institute and considered the best in the country.
After completing his training, he stayed at AIIMS for 3 more years to gain operative experience, that was followed by 2 years fellowship in adult cardiac surgery at Cleveland Clinic which is ranked no 1 in the USA where he was exposed to state of the art complex cardiac and Heart failure surgeries like LVAD insertion, ECMO and Heart Transplant. In
the 1st year fellowship at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, he completed his training in Congenital Heart Disease and their surgical options along with a variety of neonatal and Pediatric cardiac surgery cases and their peri- operative management.
