Important Update on Ownership
Jaypee Healthcare, including Jaypee Hospital Noida, has been acquired by Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., marking a major transition in its management and operations. The acquisition gives Max Healthcare controlling ownership, and the hospital is being integrated into the Max Hospitals network.
This means the hospital is now operated under the Max Healthcare group, which is expected to enhance clinical systems, infrastructure upgrades, and service quality in the coming phases.
