Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi is the first hospital in India to be recognized worldwide by the Joint Commission International (JCI) for the fifth time in a row. It is one of the most well-maintained hospitals in tertiary institutions ranked in level 1 in the leading trials with more than 700 beds in India and the most sought after area in the SAARC region for health services. It is spread over 15 acres and has an area built over 600,000 square meters.
The hospital currently has 718 beds with the capacity to stretch up to 1000 beds.
